We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources (HR) Staff to join our Singapore office. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Human Resources operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced global corporate environment.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Support the HR department's initiatives and strategies.
  • Provide support in employee relations matters, including addressing employee inquiries, resolving conflicts, and escalating issues as necessary.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and assist in data analysis to support decision-making processes.
  • Assist in the Office administration and Recruitment process/tasks.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including preparing employment contracts, pre-employment requirements, orientation sessions, and facilitating the completion of new hire paperwork.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant employment laws and regulations in Singapore and ensure HR practices comply with legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with various departments in planning, organizing office events and programs engaging events that promote a positive work culture and employee engagement.
  • Assist in ad-hoc HR projects assigned by the Management.

What you will bring to the team:

  • Diploma/Degree holders in human resources or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an HR staff or relevant human resources/administrative position for 1-2 years.
  • Proficient computer skills especially MS Office.
  • Basic understanding in Singapore regulatory and labor laws.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong communications skills and great cross-team collaboration.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Singapore.
