Job Summary: The HR Coordinator will support various HR activities and initiatives, ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational and communication skills in both English and Ukrainian. The HR Coordinator will assist with preboarding and onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration, contributing to a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Preboarding & Onboarding:
    • Manage the preboarding process, ensuring new hires receive necessary information and complete required paperwork before their start date.
    • Coordinate onboarding activities, including orientation sessions, introduction to team members, and setup of workstations.
    • Ensure a seamless transition for new hires into the company, providing ongoing support during their initial period.
  2. HR Administration:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR systems.
    • Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, policies etc.
    • Manage HR-related inquiries and provide timely assistance to employees.
  3. Employee Relations:
    • Act as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns, providing support and guidance as needed.
    • Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
    • Organize and participate in employee engagement activities and events.
  4. Performance Management:
    • Assist managers with performance improvement plans and follow-up actions.
    • Monitor and track employee performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  5. Learning & Development:
    • Coordinate training sessions and development programs for employees.
    • Maintain training records and track employee participation.
    • Assist in identifying training needs and opportunities for employee growth.
  6. Compliance & Policies:
    • Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and in compliance with local laws and regulations.
    • Communicate HR policies and practices to employees and ensure adherence.
    • Assist in conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with HR standards.
  7. HR Projects & Initiatives:
    • Support the implementation of HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving organizational effectiveness.
    • Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
    • Assist in the development and execution of HR strategies and plans.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in HR coordination or a similar role.
  • Fluency in both English and Ukrainian is mandatory.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a multinational organization.
  • Knowledge of Ukrainian labor laws and HR best practices.
