About the Role:

Reporting to the SVP of Sales, you will be responsible for the Enterprise sales team and overall growth of the Enterprise market segment. This is a Sr. Leadership position that will play a critical role in building and evolving our overall GTM strategy.


  • Develop and execute strategy for continued growth of our Enterprise market
  • Recruit, Coach, and Lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives
  • Oversee and ensure successful execution of strategic sales cycles
  • Engage at the executive level with existing & prospective customers, to communicate the value of Medallion and business impact of our solutions
  • Motivate individuals and team to exceed targets through coaching and mentorship
  • Own the operational execution of our Enterprise business - forecast, territories, account planning, sales process, and operating rhythm
  • Partner x-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Operations to position our Enterprise customers for long-term success and growth with the Medallion service

Your experience (ideally) includes:

  • 10+ years of B2B Enterprise Software sales experience
  • 3+ years of sales leadership experience
  • Maintain a proven record of consistently exceeding team quotas in a high growth enterprise software business
  • Are strategic enough to build a team, but tactical enough to execute on a day-to-day basis
  • Have deep experience running and guiding teams to lead mid-6 to 7 figure, complex Enterprise sales cycles
  • Are proficient in modern sales processes/methodologies
  • Can hire, train, and lead top-tier Account Executives
  • Have excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
  • Are passionate about Medallion’s Mission
  • Have excellent presence and proven ability to influence at all levels
  • Possess strong analytical skill with deep understanding of forecasting, managing through data, and driving operational rigor
  • Have experience selling into the Healthcare Market (especially large Provider Groups, Digital Health)
