Who You Are

  • You’ve led an Enterprise sales team in a start-up environment 
  • Have a proven track record of leading successful sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
  • Deep understanding of the enterprise sales process, including experience with complex sales cycles, negotiation strategies, pay-for-performance, and account management in the enterprise market.
  • You have your finger on the pulse of leading-edge sales strategy & can adjust your approach based on signals from the market. 
  • You have strong empathy for HRTech buyers and understand the pain points well
  • You understand pay-for-performance and how it differs from traditional SaaS and subscription models. 
  • You’re a coach & know how to get the best out of a team. You can motivate a high-performing sales team, set clear goals, and provide guidance and support to team members.
  • You are fixated on targets and are deadline-driven.
  • You prioritize call listening as part of the coaching process. 
  • You can establish performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive sales growth, including funnel metrics, to understand what levers the team has. 
  • You’ve built a lead scoring process to ensure your team is focused on the right accounts. 
  • You’re data-driven & ensure that decisions are not made based on assumptions. 
  • You have experience working with and without Sales Operations. 
  • You have built a sales plan - budget, metrics & team design - in response to Company goals.
  • You treat technology like a teammate. You’re comfortable with the tools & operational aspects of sales & are comfortable reporting sales data and taking advantage of our sales tech stack and adding/replacing where it makes sense - salesforce, ZoomInfo, Gong, sales Navigator, Looker, etc. 
  • You’ve led GTM strategy & know how to build an ABM/ABS plan in partnership with Marketing. 
  • You understand how to build feedback loops and have experience with product marketing & driving product strategy. 

What You’ll Do 

  • As the Head of Sales, you’ll drive revenue growth for the direct sales team. This segment includes Direct Employer and Staffing clients and prospects
  • You build relationships with customers and prospects & lead by example, can join calls with reps, and even show the team how it’s done.
  • Evangelize the JobGet product and get to know it as well as our product team.
  • Lead through data and systems - You’ll ensure that the team's activities are driving results & report weekly on funnel metrics along with strategies to improve performance.
  • Create the sales department budget, set sales goals and quotas
  • You’ll be responsible for coaching & training the team, managing all sales team members and processes
  • You’ll drive processes & reporting that support the team's goals, including driving bi-weekly insights meetings to inform sales leadership on performance.
  • You’ll partner with B2B Marketing (1 person) to build go-to-market plans and ensure deep collaboration between sales & marketing. 
  • You’ll research the market and competitors to ensure that strategies, tools & training are relevant to marketing changes. 
  • Working with marketing, you’ll ideate & deliver top-of-funnel marketing strategies to drive leads & meetings. Working cross-functional with product, eng & marketing as well as external partners. 
  • You’ll manage the SDR/BDR team and Enterprise Sales AE’s
  • Your strategies will be data-driven, and recommendations will demonstrate clear ROI.
  • You’ll work towards building a playbook through learnings & data that shows a growth path. 
  • At JobGet, we’re always learning & evolving our strategy. The person who will be successful in this role will be data-driven, a player/coach, and strategic. You’re not expecting to come in & use an existing playbook; you’ll build it.
