An exciting new opportunity has opened for a highly qualified band 7/8a psychologist to join our client’s dynamic team in London, Greater London. This role is open to Counselling Psychologists, Forensic Psychologists or Clinical Psychologists. This vacancy is available on a locum basis for the successful candidate to start immediately for a short-term contract. This vacancy offers competitive rates.

What will your responsibilities be?

Ideal candidates will have post-qualification experience working within complex systems and will need to have direct experience supporting people affected by homelessness or similar challenges. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference and drive positive change. You will be working with adults with complex mental health, providing training and support to staff in a trauma informed and psychologically informed way. We're looking for a skilled and compassionate Psychologist to take on an impactful role, where you'll have the chance to develop innovative and adaptable approaches for supporting individuals facing multiple challenges. In this position, you’ll engage directly with clients while also collaborating closely with local teams to provide training and reflective support, helping influence broader policy and practice within our organisation.

Qualifications and Experiences:

• Qualified Forensic or Clinical or Counselling Psychologist
• HCPC registration
• Proven experience in  this field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team and autonomously
