Who We Are Looking For: 

Therabody is seeking an experienced Financial Reporting & Consolidations Manager to oversee our monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements. This manager will be responsible for both financial reporting and bank reporting as well as ad hoc reports as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the financial reporting process including the preparation of the annual audit report, footnotes, and disclosures
  • Prepare the monthly reporting packages for internal management, bank reporting, and investor reporting
  • Prepare detailed analysis to support the monthly reports and the annual audit
  • Help develop operational reporting processes to help timely inform the business on results
  • Review and assess our accounting systems to ensure they are being properly leveraged for efficiency and consistently used globally
  • Lead global accounting policy to help ensure company policy is being applied consistently and allowing for consistent reporting views in all geography’s
  • Work closely with other functional groups on projects including operations, accounting, FP&A, and IT
  • Stay current on changes to accounting standards to ensure reporting is in accordance with US GAAP
  • Be a technical accounting point person to work on new projects as needed
  • Ad-hoc accounting projects as needed

The Right Person Would Have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance and CPA eligible
  • Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced start up like environment
  • 5+ years in similar accounting and reporting positions
  • CPG industry experience preferred
  • Prior experience with Netsuite and Hyperion preferred
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, communication skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Proven leadership on process and system improvement projects
