Role Description
We are seeking a talented and dynamic individual to serve as an Executive Assistant to our CEO, Max Friedman. This individual will be responsible for providing administrative support to the CEO, including but not limited to, responding to and managing emails, scheduling and calendar management, project research, updating reports, personal and professional relationship stakeholder management, travel coordination, purchasing, and social media publishing.

This is a remote role, however we are only considering candidates who are based in Austin, TX and can work in person as needed.

  • Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the CEO, including but not limited to:
  • Responding to and managing emails
  • Scheduling and calendar management
  • Assist in preparing and editing professional documents, reports, and presentations
  • Personal and professional relationship stakeholder management
  • Travel coordination
  • Social media publishing
  • Provide support in planning company sponsored events such as Board Meetings
  • Provide other, general administrative support as needed
  • Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role supporting a high-growth CEO
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
  • Demonstrated previous management of payments to vendors, contractors, and reimbursements
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Excel
  • Experience with Notion, Monday.com, Justworks, Quickbooks, and Front are beneficial
  • This is a remote role but we require that this candidate be based full time in Austin, TX
