About the Team

The Test Platform team’s mission is to Increase developer velocity by fostering a high standard of code reliability, and building simpler, faster and safer test infrastructure that allows for test automation and enables a shift-left mentality at DoorDash. To support this mission, the Test Platform is building an industry leading infrastructure to support end-to-end testing of all of DoorDash’s microservices and applications.

About the Role

DoorDash’s Developer Platform is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead its Test Platform team. This manager will also act as a technical expert on all things related distributed services testing at DoorDash. You will work closely with other infrastructure teams as well as Product Engineering teams to onboard their services to our test platform and increase overall test coverage. All eyes are on your team to deliver on one of our most ambitious projects to date, and you are ready to step up to the plate to get it done!

  • You have a minimum of 2 years of engineering management experience leading a team of 5+
  • You have hands-on experience with test automation frameworks, Kubernetes, sandboxing, and Kotlin
  • You have a product mindset and apply that to how you would build out platform services

Pursuant to the Colorado Fair Pay Act, the base salary range in Colorado for this position is $179,775 - $243,225, plus opportunities for equity and commission. Compensation in other geographies may vary.
