We're looking for dynamic individual to manage and support executive and operational customer relationships from post-contract signing throughout the duration of the agreement. This individual will partner with the Commercial Customer Success team on owning the relationship with existing customers that are live with a House Rx service offering and will work closely with other leaders in Operations to ultimately execute a robust specialty program.
About the Role
The Director, Specialty Pharmacy Account Management is a senior role at House Rx and will be on the Clinical Operations Team, reporting to the VP of Customer Operations of House Rx. As the leader of various accounts, this individual will be responsible for creating the processes to decrease implementation time, improving customer relationships and identifying opportunities of growth. This role will travel a minimum of 75%.
What You’ll Do
- Be a point of escalation for existing customer issues outside of day-to-day pharmacy operations
- Ultimately accountable for program execution on assigned accounts
- Work closely with other operators to execute on identified opportunities for program growth
- Lead the team that will launch new products and services to House Rx existing customers
- Establish relationships with our existing customers so that they become sales references for House Rx prospective ones
- Consistently identify high-value opportunities to deepen customer relationships and enhance practice operations
- Be a thought partner on how we can approach supporting new product & service lines at House Rx (e.g. Payor engagement strategy)
About You
- You are excited about working in a start-up environment and works well in ambiguity
- You are a subject matter expert in the business of specialty pharmacy and have experience implementing new programs
- You have experience interacting with existing clients and dealing with customer escalations
- You are data driven and have experience finding existing opportunities for programs
- You enjoy working in ambiguity and help solve new problems as they arise
- You are a creative problem solver interested in making both House Rx and prospective customer experiences exceptional
- You are a strong communicator who can collaborate well cross-functionally
- You are able to travel a minimum of 75%
