As Cloverly grows, we are seeking a Director of Growth Marketing to develop, implement, and manage cross-channel strategies for full funnel optimization. This role will lead efforts to not only drive high quality leads at the top of the funnel, but also collaborate to drive conversion and velocity throughout the funnel. This is a visible, high-impact role that will be leading cross-functional efforts with both internal and external stakeholders.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop and implement multi-channel growth strategies and demand generation that align with Cloverly’s target personas, audiences, and our sales objectives to bolster pipeline growth and revenue attainment
  • Manage diverse campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, webinars, and social media, to capture high-quality leads
  • Own the planning and execution of all email customer lifecycle marketing activities, including but not limited to prospecting, nurturing, activation, and retention
  • Ensure coordination of deliverables and ownership are communicated and honored across departments and stakeholders
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge the efficiency of demand generation initiatives
  • Employ marketing analytics and reporting tools to oversee lead generation, conversion rates, and contributions to the sales pipeline.
  • Use data insights to recommend, implement, and test continuous demand gen performance including ROI and cost per lead optimization to drive future investments
  • Collaborate with other departments at Cloverly such as Sales, Product, and Customer Success, to leverage and support all GTM internal and external stakeholders
  • Create and manage demand generation budgets and forecasts and track ROI
  • Oversee vendor selection and contracts as needed
  • Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on new technologies and techniques
  • Conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities and challenges
  • Maintain a continuous improvement, test, learn, iterate mindset 

You Might Be A Fit If You Have:

  • 8-10 years of experience in B2B demand generation/growth 
  • Experience at early-stage B2B companies, with a focus on enterprise sales
  • A track record of going from 0 to 1, you're excited to build from the ground up, iterate quickly, and work cross-functionally to solve problems
  • Experience using HubSpot for CRM, automation, and multichannel campaign performance tracking
  • Proficiency in essential marketing automation and lead management tools, along with a track record of assisting organizations in expanding their marketing technology toolset
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience analyzing data to make data-driven decisions and adjustments
  • A deep understanding of the enterprise demand generation playbook, accompanied by a desire to get creative and experiment with new ideas, tactics, and opportunities
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change
