About the Role:
As a key member of the Sales and Marketing Team, the Director, Partnerships will collaborate with Product, Growth, Marketing, Operations, Finance and Leadership to build partnerships with referrers including pediatricians, health groups, schools and community health organizations. You will be our voice in the market, owning and driving these relationships while providing our team with feedback. This role is critical to our growth, ability to continuously improve our offering and progress toward a world where every child who needs care can receive it.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintaining a strong command of the pediatric healthcare landscape and a foundational understanding of our clients’ experiences with mental healthcare, this dynamic sales leader will discover pain points and work with Fort Health’s clinical, product and finance teams to help define innovative new solutions that drive referrals.
Key responsibilities:Inside sales:
- Develop lead database
- Implement outreach strategies to pediatricians and other referral sources
- Maintain CRM database
- Report on sales pipeline and progress
Account management:
- Establish trusted relationships with pediatric practices and medical groups.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase our referral volume.
- Collect market feedback on our offering and help find improvement opportunities.
Field sales:
- Lead and attend events to promote our services
- Periodically visit with referring practices in the NJ and NY area
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Qualifications
- 4-6 years experience with inside sales, outside sales and account management roles.
- 3+ years experience in healthcare sales: Pharma, Med Devices, etc.
- Past experience with technology-based medical solutions preferred.
- Equivalent applicable experience accepted.
Skills/Competencies
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail, and strong time management skills.
- Accountable to outcomes: finds a way to get the job done and takes initiative.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly proficient in using CRM and sales software: e.g Hubspot
- High degree of professionalism in terms of dress code, manner and communication style appropriate for selling into a pediatrician practice environment.
Requirements
- While travel is only required one day a week, we are looking for candidates that are able to visit clients in the NJ and NY geographies.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (both verbal and written)
REPORTING
The incumbent reports directly to the VP Sales and Marketing who will also assign projects and provide general direction and guidance. the candidate is expected to perform duties with minimal supervision.
