- SLED team revenue (ARR) performance
- Senior management reporting
- Hire, lead, and retain a sales team
- A strategy for growing SLED accounts
- GTM strategy for SLED
What You Need to Succeed- 10+ years of tech sales experience as an individual contributor, with at least 5 years of sales management
- Track record selling enterprise solutions to U.S. SLED accounts
- Strong existing relationships in the territory
- Direct interaction with customers, partners, influencers and WalkMe's leadership
- Experience with SLED contracting/procurement and selling through VARs (i.e. Carahsoft, SHI, CDW, etc)
- Experience building demand in a new category of technology
