Job Summary
The Director of Revenue Operations is a key strategic role responsible for driving the success of our company’s B2B and B2C revenue streams. This position oversees the revenue operations infrastructure, aligns sales and marketing efforts, and ensures that our sales teams are equipped to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize and scale B2B and B2C revenue operations.
  • Lead the revenue operations team, setting clear goals and KPIs to measure success.
  • Manage the sales tech stack, ensuring integration and functionality across systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align processes and systems across all revenue channels.
  • Utilize data analytics for revenue forecasting and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate and build executive level reports and presentations on a monthly and quarterly basis that detail and analyze core revenue KPIs.
  • Conduct compensation planning to ensure competitive pay structures and incentive programs.
  • Oversee territory planning to align sales resources with market opportunities.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership based on insights and analytics.
  • Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, with a focus on both B2B and B2C environments.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales tech stacks and CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, Marketo and ChurnZero and Drift.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills.
