About the Team

The DoorDash Canada Enterprise team is responsible for the acquisition, development and management of our relationships with the company’s largest partners in Canada. Specifically, the New Verticals team extends this reach outside of the Restaurants industry, across the breadth of Retail and eCommerce categories. This is a critical piece of DoorDash’s growth and success in the market, and in ensuring Canadians’ access to their everyday needs through the platform.

About the Role

You will lead a large and high-performing team in forming and growing our newest partnerships across Canada. This will include entry into new industries and scaling new business models. You will report into the Head of Enterprise Partnerships for DoorDash International and will be responsible for the full breadth of end-to-end partnerships with grocers, convenience chains, retailers, and beyond. 

This role requires a highly effective sales and business development professional, capable of engaging with C-level executives. You are an analytical thinker who enjoys diving into financial models and mapping out deal structures, leading complex negotiations, and managing multi-stakeholder relationships.

  • You have 5+ years’ experience growing and managing a high performing sales and account management team 
  • You have 8+ years experience managing complex partnerships and developing novel approaches to grow them with c-suite stakeholders
  • You have a natural desire to make a huge impact on the business
  • You love digging into low levels of detail to extract insights, and have a track record of turning this analytical decision making into business outcomes
  • You have experience finding the win-win and developing novel agreement structures to grow partnerships
  • You are happy juggling many priorities concurrently, especially in an ambiguous, autonomous environment
