THE OPPORTUNITY

 We are looking for senior professionals to join our Commercial Team, people who are passionate about building lasting and impactful relationships, ready to join a team committed to mutual growth and constant innovation.

The Channel Partner Director  is a senior-level position responsible for overseeing and optimizing the performance of indirect sales channels. This role involves strategic planning, relationship building, and managing various stakeholders to ensure the achievement of sales targets and organizational goals. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to set and manage priorities effectively.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Training and Empowerment: Provide ongoing training through workshops, seminars, webinars, and training materials to ensure channel partners are well-versed in company products, services, and sales strategies
  • Sales Support: Directly support channel partners' sales teams by assisting in the development of effective sales strategies, preparation of business proposals, addressing technical inquiries, and managing customer objections.
  • Joint Marketing Campaign Development: Collaborate with channel partners to design and execute joint marketing campaigns, including promotional events, email marketing campaigns, and paid advertisements, to enhance market visibility and customer engagement.
  • Lead Generation: Assist channel partners in generating qualified leads by providing access to contact lists, implementing inbound marketing strategies, and participating in networking events to foster new business opportunities.
  • Performance Analysis and Feedback: Monitor and evaluate the performance of channel partners' sales initiatives, analyzing metrics such as conversion rates and revenue generated. Provide constructive feedback to optimize results and enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Actively engage in meetings and negotiations with end customers alongside channel partners to build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful deal closures.
  • Partner Development: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with intermediaries to expand the distribution network and increase market reach for the company's products.
  • Channel Strategy: Develop strategic plans to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of indirect channels, aligning strategies with company growth objectives to optimize market penetration and sales performance.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Proven experience in Channel Management (indirect sales/partnership development) in a leadership role
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, partner ecosystem, and distribution networks
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage partner relationships
  • Strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute channel growth plans
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions
  • Leadership qualities to motivate and manage a team focused on channel success
  • Fluent in English
