We are looking for a Consumer Marketing leader responsible for the strategy, development, and execution of marketing that increases awareness and shapes brand perception. The Consumer Marketing team collaborates on consumer messaging, as well as leads our campaign roadmap, messaging platform for key channels, as well as the strategy of the optimal community content and product innovations to amplify with consumers. They then lead cross-functional efforts bringing that strategy to life through our platform and channels. 

This role is highly collaborative, with close relationships across the marketing and communication teams.We are looking for an expert in consumer marketing, integrated marketing or brand strategy, as well as campaign planning. You will have deep experience in driving consumer insights, developing clear and inspiring messaging, creating a strategic platform that guides integrated marketing across all channels, leading creative campaigns from concept to execution, and measurement.

You will:

  • Build and activate consumer messaging strategies that grow consumer awareness and shape perception of Roblox.
  • Create a strategic messaging platform that guides integrated marketing across key channels, campaigns, and programs.
  • Develop an annual roadmap of creative campaigns that inspire consumers and influence culture.
  • Lead strategic framework for determining the content and product innovations that move our consumer narrative.
  • Work cross-functionally and have close relationships with leaders across the marketing and communications organizations, and with business development teams.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop campaigns.
  • Lead a team that is responsible for campaign development and flawless execution.
  • Drive influence with stakeholders across all levels within the company
  • Report to our Head of Product Marketing

You'll have:

  • 10+ years of brand strategy, marketing strategy, consumer marketing or integrated marketing experience for leading Gen Z or consumer technology brands.
  • 2+ years leading a marketing team
  • Experience with creating a messaging strategy and platform by looking for and distilling consumer insights, consumer culture and team goals.
  • Expertise leading strategy and execution for cut-through, brand defining campaigns. Strong portfolio of consumer campaigns they've led.
  • Expert ability with driving integrated marketing across channels, with a focus of leveraging product and owned channels to activate large-scale campaigns.
  • Experience with marketing measurement, including brand and performance media.
  • Ability to drive results from strategy to hands-on execution.
