The innovative direct-to-consumer brand offers multiple purchasing options, including singles, packs, matching pairs, and monthly membership. 

We’re looking for a talented and experienced Director of Creative Studio Operations to oversee our creative production studio and ensure the smooth running of daily operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of creative professionals, ensuring efficient workflows, coordinating projects, and maintaining high-quality standards.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and assist a team of creative professionals, including producers, photographers, digi-techs, and stylists. 
  • Develop and implement efficient workflow processes to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
  • Coordinate projects from start to finish, working closely with producers, creative teams, and other stakeholders to ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Foster a collaborative and creative environment, encouraging innovation and experimentation.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to maximize profitability and minimize waste.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, freelancers, and other external partners as needed.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and incorporate these into studio operations as appropriate.
  • Report regularly to senior management on studio performance, including financial and operational metrics.

What You Have:

  • LA-based candidates only (or ability to relocate), as this position requires that you are in the office 5 days a week.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, production, film, or studio operations. 
  • 7+ years of experience in creative operations, including managing a team of professionals
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven track record of managing budgets and resources effectively
  • In-depth knowledge of the creative process, including design, copywriting, and art direction.
  • Can run a photo shoot from start to finish.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools, including project management platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively
  • Passion for creativity and innovation, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence
  • Can handle multiple projects at a time.
  • Manage a photo studio.op

The base salary range for this full-time position is $145,000 - $160,000 Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the base salary range provided in this posting does not include any bonus, equity, or benefits you may be eligible for.
