Location: Remote Territory: Canada
As the SprintRay Digital Specialist, Inside Sales, you will focus on creating sales revenue by converting a pipeline of prospective opportunities. You will also generate revenue by contacting SprintRay’s existing customer base, web-based leads, and internal marketing leads helping to drive SprintRay’s Recurring Value (Resins, Accessories, and Services) ecosystem of products. You will be responsible for serving new and existing accounts, developing relationships with providers, guiding them through their digital 3D printing journey and facilitating ongoing consumable orders, new product launches, and new product workflows. This position is based out of a home office and will work closely with our marketing team and Strategic Relationship Management team to serve new customers and assist with repeat orders after the initial sale. You must be able to perform at a high level with limited direct supervision.
Working across multiple time zones, Eastern, Central and Pacific
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage pipeline of new customer opportunities generated by Canadian distribution representatives, marketing, event, and referral generated leads
- Deliver presentations to doctors virtually to showcase the unique benefits of our cutting-edge products and maintain a benchmark conversion percentage
- Research existing customers to identify novel opportunities for workflow expansion, contact and present the new workflow opportunities to these customers. Deliver sales of Workflow Expansion Packs as the path to new workflows.
- Leverage your exceptional communication skills to reach out to distribution representatives, dental practitioners, dental labs, and key opinion leaders in the designated territory to deliver persuasive sales pitches to close business
- Work closely with distribution partners to effectively promote and jointly sell new workflow solutions
- Influence distribution partners to effectively sell new workflows, SprintRay materials, and services
- Utilize and route concerns appropriately to the SprintRay Training, Customer, and Technical Support Teams to address any customer experience needs that doctors may have and ensure seamless integration of the SprintRay ecosystem
- Educate Distribution representatives on the SprintRay Training, Customer, and Technical Support Teams and processes to optimize the SprintRay Customer Experience that can be enhanced by the reach and bandwidth of our distribution partners
- Provide monthly budgeting information to the manager and maintain records of expenses
- Meet or exceed quotas for production on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis
- Through email/text and phone calls to customer offices routinely, uncover new opportunities, new products, and generate significant consumable revenue to achieve plan
- Keep track of your business development activity by detailed data entry into our CRM tool, maintaining customer records, tracking phone calls and reporting business development activity to sales team, report progress to manager weekly
- From time to time, travel for in-person events or industry meetings
Key Qualifications:
- 2+ years of sales/account management experience required, preferably in dental/medical sales
- High school diploma required,advanced degree preferred,
- Must be skilled in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and CRM
- Excellent interpersonal skills working with our field sales team to deliver and exceed sales objectives
- Private and professional home office environment to conduct routine virtual presentations
- Track record of developing impactful, presentations, in virtual media and in person
- Ability to work very well in a fast-paced environment and willing to work some nights and weekends to help assist at trade shows/events
- Incredible organization skills filtering quality and quantity leads
- Must be a team player
- Proven ability to persuade others to challenge perceptions and thoughts
- Ability to speak clearly and communicate so others will understand
- Ability to motivate self and others to work independently to achieve sales objectives
- Bi-lingual English and French
Target Salary Range: $54,000 CAD- $58,000 CADActual compensation packages consider a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The estimate provided has not been adjusted for all of these factors. At SprintRay, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role.
