About the Job

Liquid Death is looking for a Digital Retail Content Specialist that will be responsible for strategic execution of Liquid Death content and digital efforts to support product growth including leveraging creative assets, best in class product positioning, driving conversion and enhancing the overall customer experience through digital retail partners. This person will be responsible for, but not limited to product content planning, online merchandising, continuous refinements of retailer product detail pages and identifying opportunities based on category insights and trends. This is a non-exempt, remote role with preferred location in Los Angeles, CA and will report directly to the Digital Retail, Account Director.

 

Responsibilities

  • Strategic execution of Liquid Death content and digital merchandising efforts; leveraging brand creative assets, best in class product positioning to accelerate growth, drive conversion and enhance the overall customer experience and engagement across partners like Amazon, Instacart, Target, Walmart, Kroger, Publix, delivery apps, and other retail channels
  • Product content planning, online merchandising, continuous refinements of retailer product detail pages, retailer enhanced content planning & execution, as well as identifying opportunities based on category insights and trends
  • Develop best in class playbook for deploying, managing, and optimizing retail media content for best customer experience and brand performance
  • Build and maintain Liquid Death stores, landing pages and products based on marketing plans, revenue goals, and on brand messaging
  • Ensure content is optimized for search and discoverability across all partners
  • Enhancing product page content builds across digital retail shelves
  • Managing digital shelf content syndication process and execution through PIMs like Syndigo and 1WorldSync

 

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2 - 5 years experience in ecommerce
  • 2 - 5 years experience developing digital retail ready content for retailer product detail pages and merchandising strategies to drive conversion (i.e. conversion rate experiments, content testing, etc)
  • 1-2 years of experience required working with systems such as Syndigo, Salsify, Stackline, Amazon (Vendor Central and/or Seller Central), Target, Walmart, Instacart, etc
  • Understanding of digital media, conversion rate optimization, and brand led content
  • Team player able to work effectively and collaboratively across all departments to meet goals and deadlines
  • Added plus: Photoshop experience

The typical hourly range for this position is : $28.85 - $35.57 per hour

The actual offer will take into account multiple factors including skills, experience, education and location. Please note that the salary details listed in role postings reflect the base salary only, not total compensation, which includes equity and benefits.
