Job Description

Now, about the opportunity: we are looking for a Digital Project Manager to join our ever-growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving production workflows, and working to safeguard quality, productivity and efficiency throughout our production cycles.

Day-to-day responsibilities

  • You’ll be managing fast-moving digital social production and creative projects on a regional scale.
  • You will work closely with Monks from Brazil, Argentina, México and Colombia to deliver assets to a regional, entertainment client.
  • You’ll liaise between our client needs and available team to ensure Media.Monks nails milestone after milestone.
  • You’ll help to manage the process and completion of multiple projects simultaneously, managing the in and output of our Creative, Content Creation, Design, and Animation Monks.
  • Part of your job is to balance resources, workload and priorities, which are key for successfully delivering assets on time, taking into account our team’s challenges and profiles.
  • You’ll make sure deadlines are met, and flag the ones that aren’t attainable upfront.
  • Part of your day-to-day is briefing team members on priorities, delivery objectives and keeping account monks informed on the progress of asset development.
  • You’ll schedule, track and prioritize assignments on a Project Management tool (like Jira, AirTable or Monday.com).
  • You are able to create production timelines taking key dates and different time zones into consideration, but you are also ready to assess priorities on the go to achieve changing deadlines while updating the internal team on those updates. 
  • Ensure quality control and review deliverables prepared by the team to make sure they are on brief.
  • Receiving feedback, understanding it and translating it to the internal team, questioning Clients if necessary to understand where the feedback comes from.
  • Focus will be on quality and efficiency.
  • Deep dive into the client universe to truly understand business needs, identify pain points and map a fitting way to operationalize our team to deliver.
  • Focus on scalability by creating training documentation, training sessions, workshops and investigate automation where possible.

Requirements

  • Your 2+ years of experience in social digital advertising have made you fabulous at working under tight deadlines and phenomenal at communicating with busy coworkers.
  • You know how to manage the launch of digital campaigns that include a big volume of deliverables (+1000).
  • You’re an excellent communicator — able to provide clear updates on the development of projects and knowing how to describe issues and required actions to Monks in other offices.
  • You have solid scoping skills, which translate into realistic timelines and resourcing needs.
  • You are fast and flexible and able to wear many different hats (simultaneously).
  • You have upper-intermediate English language skills, both written and oral.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience with Monday.com, Jira, and other project management tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills required; able to drive decisions and ensure progress in the face of obstacles.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deliver results on time; graceful under pressure.
  • Flawless organizational skills.
  • You understand the anatomy of social ads and can comprehend spec sheets.
  • You’re acquainted with the production of image and animation assets for social media.
