Do you have a deep understanding of the digital space, from promotions to website to Web3? Have you built the strategy for digital campaigns and helped execute digitally-led experiences online for clients? Do you have a desire to stay on top of the changing digital landscape and infuse new and innovative ideas into programs? If you answered yes to all of the above, you may be the right fit for a Digital Associate Account Director position with Motive.

As Motive’s Digital Associate Account Director you’ll help lead our Digital team and projects through the development of campaigns, promotions, innovations and retail programs. Within each project you’ll get the opportunity to lead high-profile client accounts, concept new technological innovations, execute against creative campaigns and manage a team of passionate individuals! You’ll serve as the main client contact for all things digital, while simultaneously leading an internal team of experts to create culturally-relevant and captivating programs. High attention to detail is key and strong client management skills are a must.



  • Client Account Leadership: Build a detailed-understanding of Motive’s digital clients and their brand objectives and use those insights to strategically advise clients on solutions that achieve business, marketing and engagement objectives.  As a great team leader, you will oversee multiple projects at the same time and guide each client team to success.  
  • Team Management: Develop and build the digital team by mentoring, training and identifying key areas for opportunity. Provide guidance and feedback that will continue to push each individual to provide the best work and deliverables for the clients. 
  • Digital Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends and relevant platform news to always push new and innovative opportunities within the digital space. 
  • Strategic Insight: Develop digital strategies that drive creative and brand team direction. Understand consumer digital behaviors, formulate actionable insights and extrapolate results from data to ensure that we bring strategic thinking to every project.
  • High-Quality Output: Oversee the quality control for all deliverables; ensure deadlines and accounts are managed on budget and beyond client expectations.
  • Client Liaison: Lead the day-to-day efforts with key clients and accounts on retail-based promotions for Fortune 500 brand, including brands within the snacks and sports industries. 
  • Studio & Team Collaboration: Lead the development of studio-related initiatives that advance the team, the work and the processes. Plus, work with the broader creative team, copywriters, developers, producers and other client services teams to build successful strategies and approaches for clients. 



  • Minimum of 8-10 years managing digital accounts and clients (agency experience required). 
  • Minimum of 2-4 years experience managing teams in the digital space.
  • Knowledge and experience with the website development process and usability best practices. Retail, shopper and promo marketing a plus. 
  • Passion for creativity, advertising and innovation.
  • Ability to work on several initiatives simultaneously.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a great attention to detail.
  • Collaborative and imaginative approach to problem solving. 
  • Desire to be a part of something great and hold yourself to a higher standard.

The starting salary for this position is between $90,000 and $125,000 annually, based on experience and location.
