Job Description

The Company

Wizeline is a global digital services company helping mid-size to Fortune 500 companies build, scale, and deliver high-quality digital products and services.

We thrive in solving our customer’s challenges through human-centered experiences, digital core modernization, and intelligence everywhere (AI/ML and data). We help them succeed in building digital capabilities that bring technology to the core of their business.

Our People

At Wizeline, we are a team of near 2,000 people spread across 25+ countries. We understand that great technology begins with outstanding talent and diversity of thought. Our business was built on doing well and doing good, and our values of Ownership, Innovation, Community, and Diversity & Inclusion are embedded within our company’s DNA. We are committed to offering our Wizeliners the opportunity to create their career path and develop the skills needed to achieve their personal goals.

Community Impact

We are proud to contribute to local economies by developing technology ecosystems in places like Mexico, Colombia, and Vietnam. We also created Wizeline Academy, a free, community-based education program that teaches high-value skills to workers looking to advance their tech industry careers. As of 2022, Academy has served more than 28,000 students across 675 courses. Wizeliners have the opportunity to upskill by taking Wizeline Academy courses and can also share their expertise by delivering classes to students.

Your Day-to-Day

Delivery Directors ensure that Wizeline’s delivery exceeds our customer’s expectations and adds business value through their passion for technology, a deep understanding of our customer’s businesses, and an accurate interpretation of requirements and resources to make each Customer Account and its related projects successful.

Delivery Directors scale mountains and knock down doors to make sure our teams have everything they need to deliver results for Wizeline’s customers.

  • Delivery Directors stand back from program and project management to broadly view the delivery landscape. This perspective gives a delivery lead the ability to see the interconnected delivery “big picture” that enables them to take strategic action to keep all programs and projects on track to success.
  • Set policies, governance, and other forms of delivery operations guidance that effectively orchestrate the overall delivery process towards our customer's goals.
  • Delivery directors don’t have to be subject matter experts, but they should be able to communicate effectively with all forms of stakeholders.
  • Effective delivery directors must be able to translate project results into cost savings, increased sales, and improved customer satisfaction as well as other measurements that don’t necessarily fall into traditional delivery activities. This shift in success criteria to business outcomes comes about from being accountable for the business rationale behind executing projects and programs.
  • Serve as a visible leader to project and program managers who are starting the journey.
  • Support our solutions architecture and program architect teams to develop and review SOWs, particularly in renewals or expansions for your account portfolio.
  • Understand our customers desired business outcomes and how Wizeline’s work impacts those business outcomes; communicate in a compelling way to the project team.
  • Dotted line management responsibilities for all individuals on project teams within the account(s) portfolio.
  • Partner with our customers and Wizeline’s teams to facilitate open and effective lines of communication.
  • Serve as a Leader for the project team to set direction and inspire a common goal.
  • Understand best practices in technology, product management, and project management concepts to lead operational excellence in project teams.
  • Proactively identify and reduce risks that may impede the Wizeline team’s ability to deliver exceptional results.
  • Manage customer relationships, particularly with executives and key decision-makers.
  • Partner with Account Executives to grow account relationships over time.
