Data Analyst - Nucleo

 As a Data Analyst at Nucleo  you will play an integral role in the delivery of projects which help Clients in asset intensive industries take more meaningful control of their operations.  You will be part of a diverse team who are experienced and passionate about improving our client’s business performance and solving complex problems. You will gain experience across a range of projects by providing data migration services, actionable BI solutions and insights, expert Maximo Enterprise Asset Management solutions and Change Management practices. 

Responsibilities:  

• Working with end users to understand detailed business requirements and translate them into functional requirements  
• Build stakeholder relationships and understand expectations, supporting the management of project schedule, status meetings and preparation of presentations 
• Present ideas and findings to project team and key stakeholders
• Training and coaching Staff members
• Liaise with the client to identify business requirements and process optimisation opportunities  
• Scope, design and develop requirements system and data solutions 
• Develop and implement: 
• -System solution design 
• -System testing activities 
• -Business readiness approaches/plans and measure outcomes from readiness activities 
• -Business transition activities  

Qualifications & Experience:  

• 1-2 years demonstrated management or technology consulting experience is highly desirable for this role  
• Bachelor's degree in information systems & Technology, Business, Engineering, Science, Data & Analytics or relevant domain 
• Fluency in English both written and verbal
• Experience in performing gap analysis with data to identify improvement opportunities as well as highlighting any issues/blockers
• Strong problem solving and communication skills
• VBA and Excel experience
• Data analysis/configuration experience
• Maximo experience highly desirable or relevant experience with asset data management system
• SQL Experience highly desirable
