Job Description

Our Data Analyst will be responsible for the creation of relevant and meaningful dashboards to provide our internal and external teams with actionable analysis to help our clients build bolder Brands in the Era of Social Media. Now, about the opportunity: You’ll analyze and report on the performance of the social strategy of an international client. This is a role where you’ll partner with the creative, content and strategy teams. Our ideal candidate is a fast and flexible go-getter who jumps on new opportunities.


  • Work with distributed teams in multiple time zones.

  • Work independently on client requirements alongside internal teams.

  • Create and put in place dashboards and reports, to interpret people's digital footprint, identify their behaviors and interests

  • Develop measurement indicators and work together with their team to implement them properly and in coordination with the agency's creative and strategic teams.

  • Provide expertise across different campaigns: measurement & analytics of both organic and paid campaigns, measurements/analytics of influencers, channel optimization, and reporting;

  • Work across multiple client accounts to provide the best delivery and results in various campaigns;

  • Measurement/analytics of campaigns: constantly providing insights to the internal teams and clients based on data

  • Working within set budgets to plan and achieve campaign KPIs.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies

  • Use social media marketing tools

  • Process, analyze and understand conversations in digital channels to identify key insights or brand opportunities.

  • Weekly and Monthly data/intelligence reviews with project teams on campaign and influencer performance with strategic recommendations for continual improvement

  • Translate strategic recommendations concerning digital experiences into actionable items

  • Work with the cultural and behavioral strategists to develop weekly and monthly trends reports, brand health trackers and audience profiles

  • Enhance the data understanding of other departments of the agency.


  • 2+ years operating in a Data Analytics function within a digital or research agency environment.

  • Advanced - English - (Mandatory, working with international clients)

  • Strong affinity in processing, analyzing and understanding data in digital channels to identify key insights or brand opportunities.

  • Understanding and mastering of digital metrics.

  • Analysis of digital and social platforms

  • Experience in monitoring digital and social trends

  • Experience in working with strategy and content teams.

  • Experience in using data visualization tools.

  • Presentation, communication and research skills.

  • Excellent spelling, writing and mastery of writing rules, syntax.

  • Website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe SiteCatalyst)

  • Social analytics tools (e.g., Emplify, Sprinklr, Brandwatch)

  • Required work experience: at least 1 year working with marketing data and social media analytics

  • Demonstrated strong performance in prior roles, with increasing levels of responsibilities

  • An understanding of Database languages and underlying technologies - Programming Languages (Python, SQL, R, etc.)  (required)

Working knowledge of spreadsheet and BI tools (Google Sheets -Power BI - Looker Data Studio preferred)
