Job Description

We are looking for a Data & Insights Analyst to join our team in Latam. Able to apply a combination of technical skills, analytics thinking, working together with the creative, content and brand team, proactively identify best practices and opportunity areas for our clients' communication and content platforms, and formulate analysis, learning and recommendations based on an excellent mastery of data.

Role and Requirements

  • Required work experience: at least 3 years in a similar role in a digital or content agency.
  • Process, analyze and understand conversations in digital channels to identify key insights or brand opportunities.
  • Analyze owned channels analytics to identify key insights or brand opportunities.
  • Understanding and mastering of digital metrics.
  • Analysis of digital and social platforms
  • Conduct test and learn programs on owned channels and campaigns
  • Experience in monitoring digital and social crises.
  • Presentation, communication and research skills.
  • Write monthly and quarterly performance reports making recommendations
  • Familiarity with the automotive category is preferred.

Always on:

  • Monitor daily conversation related to the brands to detect communication opportunities or potential crises.
  • Generate daily and monthly reports of both content performance analyzed always from the perspective of the content strategy and social listening.
  • Collaborate in brainstorming sessions with content and creative teams to optimize the platform in terms of content, messages, form

Qualifications

  • Qualitative and quantitative improvement of the projects under her/his responsibility (levels of engagement and optimization).
  • Collaborative work and integration with data, planning, and creative teams.
  • Growth and development of his/her team.

Requirements 

  • 3+ years of experience in content and digital data analysis
  • Experience with data visualization tools
  • Strategic thinking focused on results
  • Listening skills, argumentation and power of conviction
  • Fast learning ability

  • Communication and public presentation skills

Technical Requirements 

Google Suite, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, YouTube Analytics, SQL, Data Studio, Social Listening Tools
