About the position:

As a Customer Marketing team member, you will be a hands-on partner in planning, promoting, and executing highly effective and engaging customer marketing programs from end-to-end. You have a natural inclination to measure the effectiveness of marketing activities, strong project management skills, and can effectively orchestrate many moving parts.

You will work closely with cross functional teams like Customer Experience, Campaigns, Product Marketing, and Community to help deliver a great customer experience and drive retention, customer stickiness, and lifetime value.

 This role reports into the Customer Marketing Manager on the Corporate Marketing team. A remote posting is suitable, but must be based in the U.S. or Canada.


  • Manage a global customer communication calendar to ensure we are prioritizing, segmenting, and delivering the right message at the right time to our install base
  • Deliver monthly customer communications such as newsletters, release notes, and webinar promotions
  • Work cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, Customer Experience, and Campaigns to ensure all market relevant content is surfaced to customers in the right way
  • Support the Customer Experience teams to build out scalable education programs to decrease 1-to-1 support and improve customer lifetime value
  • Assist in executing personalized customer engagement and upsell programs for Netskope’s global customer base to help them successfully leverage and grow their use of the Netskope platform
  • Ensure that customer programs are demonstrably growing in line with KPI’s

Job Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in a customer marketing or campaign role
  • B2B experience required
  • SaaS company experience preferred
  • Security and/or Networking (IT/technology industry) experience is a plus
  • Experience in agile work environments is a plus
  • Experience running multi-channel marketing campaigns and an understanding of customer journey mapping 
  • Familiar with B2B marketing tools (Salesforce, Marketo, Terminus, ON24)
  • A self-starter attitude and team player, able to accept direction, and work independently
  • A positive attitude with adaptability in a fast-paced work environment 
  • Results-oriented
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong attention to detail
