Job Description

Media.Monks is looking for a Bahsa Indonesia Copywriter to produce engaging and compelling content for all media channels to promote products and services effectively. Copywriter responsibilities include creating and writing for 360 campaigns, ranging from scriptwriting to social media assets while maintaining a strong and consistent brand voice aligning to each brief.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate clear ideas and produce concepts and executions in Bahasa Indonesia for traditional and non-traditional media, including 360 big campaign ideas, innovation, digital & social media best practices.
  • Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience.
  • Ensure creative concepts deliver against the approved creative brief, as well as brand & product guidelines 
  • Work with other creative Monks to brainstorm ideas, campaigns and win new projects.
  • Write and edit engaging posts for various social networks, including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
  • Optimize social media posts (language, tone, message) based on our target audience’s behaviors
  • Anticipate problems and implement solutions to ensure the delivery of creative campaigns 
  • Use local insights to inform and create impactful creative
  • Work alongside the Creative Director and the team, you’ll make sure campaigns are in line with the client’s objectives and expectations.

Requirements: 

  • Min. 3+ years of working experience as a Copywriter in FMCG specifically F&B or a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English across traditional and digital platforms.
  • Knowledge of how to develop brand love through multi-channel marketing, including all key social platforms.
  • If you have worked with Figma, it is a plus.
  • Talent in presenting information internally and externally in a concise and accurate manner with keen attention to detail.
  • Curiosity towards global and local culture and a keen understanding of how to infuse strategic insights into creative work.
  • BS in Marketing, Communications or relevant field.
