This role requires you to be in the office two days a week in our Minneapolis or New York Office.

Your Impact:

Conduct thorough testing of the Fluence Consolidation Application.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to understand requirements and provide feedback on testability.
Identify, document, and track defects and work with the development team to resolve issues.
Perform regression testing to ensure that new features and bug fixes do not negatively impact existing functionality.
Participate in the design and implementation of test plans, test cases, and test data.
Continuously improve QA processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Your Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in QA testing, with a focus on financial consolidation software.
Hands-on experience with Fluence or similar financial consolidation tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of financial reporting standards and practices.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience with performance testing and load testing tools.
Technical skills in QA automation and experience creating automated test scripts, including proficiency with tools such as Selenium or similar frameworks.

Base Salary Range:

$132,000—$152,000 USD
