This role requires you to be in the office two days a week in our Minneapolis or New York Office.
Your Impact:
- Conduct thorough testing of the Fluence Consolidation Application.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to understand requirements and provide feedback on testability.
- Identify, document, and track defects and work with the development team to resolve issues.
- Perform regression testing to ensure that new features and bug fixes do not negatively impact existing functionality.
- Participate in the design and implementation of test plans, test cases, and test data.
- Continuously improve QA processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in QA testing, with a focus on financial consolidation software.
- Hands-on experience with Fluence or similar financial consolidation tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of financial reporting standards and practices.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with performance testing and load testing tools.
- Technical skills in QA automation and experience creating automated test scripts, including proficiency with tools such as Selenium or similar frameworks.
