This position is an opportunity to join our fast-growing company as a Temporary Community Specialist. You will be serving as our primary liaison to our pharmacist community in order to drive connection and satisfaction. Additionally, as the direct touch point with the community, you will increase engagement, quality of online interactions and depth of insights to drive sustained growth.

General Accountabilities

  • Serve as the liaison between the pharmacists contacting Support and the Marketplace Operations team
  • Proactively and responsively respond to email, voicemail, and social inquiries from prospective pharmacists related to the community.
  • Triage calls and electronic communication from current pharmacists efficiently routing the request to the appropriate internal resource.
  • Foster relationships with community pharmacists and internal teammates.
  • Act as the voice of our community back to internal teams, advocating for changes to address critical feedback and improvements.

Job Qualifications/Skills

  • Minimum of two years healthcare experience, or call center preferred
  • A positive, proactive attitude with a passion for customer service
  • Excellent written, computer, and oral communication to diverse populations with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency with basic computer programs such as Outlook, Excel and Word. Salesforce is a plus
  • Team-oriented and able to work in a collaborative environment.
  • A mission-driven individual with a belief in and commitment to the success of the team and the company. 

This is a temporary position, the range of pay will be $20.00 to $ 24.00/hour
