Community Manager 

The Community Manager will set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with communication strategies. This role is responsible for managing brand’s social channels and interacting with the community, but also identifying new opportunities for content and engagement. They are key in overseeing all social media content initiatives at all platforms, to ensure customer engagement, brand consistency and a positive customer experience.


Key Responsibilities include:

  • Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies
  • Generate social media conversation, interact with fans and provide responses to audiences
  • Identify customers’ needs and recommend new topics to engage community
  • Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency
  • Analyze the conversation around the brand daily
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends, cultural trends and social media new and best practices



  • Proven work experience as a community manager for large-scales brands
  • Proven experience in reactive content creation
  • Knowledge of social media best practices in terms of formats and tone of voice
  • Strong understanding of marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audiences
  • Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics
  • Knowledge of metrics, social listening tools and digital reports
  • Must be aware of pop culture, new series, movies, and social media conversations
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Excellent writing skills



The anticipated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $95,000 annually. Salary is determined by a combination of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.

Media.Monks has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what Media.Monks may pay for the position at the time of posting. Media.Monks may ultimately pay more or less than the posted compensation range. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on job-related factors, but not based on a candidate’s sex or any other protected status.
