About the Role

As an early member of the Commercial Customer Success team, you will play an integral part in establishing lasting relationships with our customers post-sale. You will act as a strategic business partner to House Rx customers to drive the best outcomes for them and their patients. You will collaborate closely with our Commercial, Clinical Operations and Product teams to ensure we’re proactively addressing customer needs and supporting new initiatives that contribute to program success and revenue generation for practices. You will be part of a team that lives its values, collaborates cross-functionally and strives to build meaningful, mutually beneficial relationships with our partners.

What You’ll Do

  • Cultivate relationships with a set of specialty practice partners, becoming a trusted advisor and point of contact for business leaders, and acting as a voice of the customer for internal teams.
  • Support practices through the commercial aspects of the customer lifecycle including contract management, business services setup, invoicing and quarterly reporting.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our customers’ business and priorities, as well as House Rx offerings in order to be an advisor and thought partner on in-office dispensing, technology and industry trends. 
  • Leverage business analytics and collaborate with internal teams to identify new commercial growth opportunities and strategic initiatives to improve program performance.
  • Facilitate regular (onsite and remote) engagement with practice stakeholders, including attending go-lives and co-leading quarterly business reviews alongside Clinical Operations.

Base Salary/Wage:  $120,000- $140,000 

This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary/wage. The actual base salary/wage will depend on several factors, including experience, knowledge, and skills. Actual compensation packages may include other elements, such as bonus (only certain roles), equity, paid time off and benefits.

About You

  • You’re a relentlessly positive and collaborative problem-solver with a passion for building customer relationships and the ability to do so with stakeholders at all levels
  • You take a consultative approach to account management, working collaboratively through challenges and thinking creatively to find solutions - not just checking the boxes
  • You’re a clear communicator and energetic presenter both remotely and in person; ability to read the room and drive or redirect a conversation 
  • Motivated by the HouseRx mission and a strong cross-functional collaborator
  • Previous experience with specialty clinics or pharmacies, EHR/PMS technology, Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs) or Distributors
  • Minimum 5-7 years in a strategic account management or similar role in the healthcare industry
  • You have the ability and willingness to travel routinely, up to 75% travel required to customer sites
  • Previous start-up experience and comfort in a nuanced, fast-paced and completely remote environment preferred
  • West coast based preferred
