The Role

As Kintsugi's Clinical Operations Contractor, your invaluable contributions will help us conduct research aimed at transforming the lives of millions affected by mental disorders. In this position, you will be responsible for supporting remote clinical studies and ensuring efficient research operations. Reporting to Kintsugi's Clinical Research Manager, you will work closely with the Quality and Regulatory team, fostering seamless collaboration. This unique opportunity allows you to make a meaningful impact within a high-growth deep-tech and health tech startup at a pivotal moment in its journey. 

This will be a 6-month contract with the possibility to extend. The expected hourly rate for this position will range from $35 - $47. Actual compensation may vary from posted base salary depending on your confirmed job-related skills and experience.

 

Responsibilities

  • Support remote clinical studies focused on depression and anxiety 
  • Utilize REDCap Cloud EDC to make data entries
  • Conduct screening calls with potential study participants and obtain their consent for clinical studies
  • Manage and schedule participants for research activies 
  • Complete post-processing of study data for analysis 
  • Assist with IRB submissions and amendments
  • Support compliance and quality documentation 
  • Provide administrative support (word processing, Excel data management) as needed

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in clinical research environments
  • Proven experience in recruiting and obtaining consent from participants for clinical research studies
  • Familiarity with writing research protocols and modifying informed consent documents
  • Prior experience in the healthcare, mental healthcare, or health tech industry
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills, creativity, and self-motivation
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Knowledge of quality documentation best practices
