About Astound Commerce
We as e-commerce specialists would like to expand our team at our Hamburg office and are looking for a Senior Account Manager Digital (m/f/x) full-time as soon as possible.
We achieve top performance with innovation and fun. We accompany our customers in the development of their digital ecosystem and develop solutions for their problems of today, tomorrow, and the day after tomorrow. We work with well-known brands like Snipes, L'Oreal, Hunkemöller, Boohoo, Puma and Calvin Klein.
As a global player, we combine the best of consistency and agility. At the same time, our team of around 50 people in the DACH market work with a lot of personal responsibility , clear processes and standards, a flat hierarchy and a fun environment. We are looking for people who want to grow with us and shape the future of e-commerce together.
In this role, you’ll get to
- Work with some of the leading European global brands with a wide range of cutting edge technology across a client's digital ecosystem
- Build relationships with clients and partners by playing the role of a trusted digital advisor
- Manage and grow your portfolio of accounts
- You anticipate opportunities and are able to transfer them into actionable projects and services with a team of specialists to guide and consult you through the way
- A level of independence and ability to influence your agenda on an account not seen with other employers
Your skills and qualifications
- You have completed a bachelor's degree, preferably in business, E-Commerce, or technical fields is a plus
- Experience with Salesforce, Adobe, SAP etc would be a massive advantage
- Technical verbiage such as Frontend and Backend are native to you… Perfect! You have expertise in at least one e-commerce topic
- You are commercially sound, understand topics such as forecasting, gross margin, budgeting…
- Are comfortable presenting to both senior and mid level stakeholders and have the ability to navigate an organization
- Konnichiwa! Doesn't ring a bell? No problem! We are an international team and a good knowledge of English is sufficient. German is a plus
