What you’ll do day-to-day:

  • Develop measurements to define program progress and ultimate success; establish ongoing reporting requirements and KPIs for planning and recognizing adoption and success
  • Drive operational improvements to reduce cost and increase overall impact for programs and product initiatives
  • Have a strong bias for action, keep momentum on key projects, and enable leadership to keep abreast of critical decisions and timelines
  • Build out and create resources for programs such as product launch standard methodologies, onboarding, processes improvements, and vendor management
  • Create, maintain, and refine programs and initiatives; establish operational systems and outcomes
  • Identify the need for new internal processes, templates, and guidelines to improve org efficiency, and refine and optimize processes and documentation over time
  • Maintain and enhance a culture of dedication, delivery, and continuous improvement

About you:

  • 6+ years of experience in program or project management
  • Ability to anticipate leadership and organizational needs and change course correct appropriately
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy and end-to-end delivery, and ability to communicate results to senior leadership
  • Experience in using formal project/program management tools, supported by project management standards
  • Ability to analyze a business process, and to articulate and implement recommended improvements
  • Strong organizational and technical skills
  • Proven self-starter who is able to prioritize and deliver on deadlines, and to provide leadership to the team all with minimal supervision
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and generate innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment
