The Opportunity

Found is looking for a Business Operations Manager that can blend strategic insights with an execution-oriented mindset. This role is perfect for an analytical problem-solver that enjoys both planning and implementing solutions that unlock significant opportunities while solving complex challenges. A smart generalist that likes to tackle hard problems from a variety of angles will excel in this role.

You’ll have the opportunity to lead projects with significant impact on growth, profitability, & scale in the early stages of a rapidly growing startup tackling an expanding category. In addition, you’ll be a trusted partner to our leadership team while developing deep insight into the customer experience and our internal operations. 

This role reports to our Business Operations & Strategy Lead and will be part of a team driving critical company priorities and decisions through analyzing data, connecting dots between cross-functional teams, and executing strategic initiatives. You will have the opportunity to work on projects across all parts of Found.

What You’ll Do

  • Leverage data (qualitative and quantitative) to identify and quantify initiatives to drive business impact and/or enhance customer experience
  • Execute on strategic priorities, particularly when there is an ownership gap in the company
  • Develop key metrics to track success for both the short term (experiments & initiatives) and long term (team functions)
  • Design scalable systems and processes to support rapid growth while ensuring quality execution
  • Lead reporting cadences and planning cycles for company leadership including creating presentations, facilitating meetings, and managing accountability 
  • Partner and build strong cross-functional relationships within Product, Operations, Growth, Coaching, and Finance
  • Support junior members on the team through mentorship and tactical project feedback

What You Have

  • 3-6 years of experience in consulting, finance, or strategy/operations roles at high growth tech companies or startups
  • Passion for working in a rapidly growing business with curiosity, humility, humor, and professionalism
  • Experience managing projects end-to-end, including scoping, designing the project plan, and executing
  • Experience leading projects with executive-level visibility that have multiple workstreams and stakeholders
  • Capability of storytelling with data; communicating analyses and fielding questions from a range of stakeholders
  • Ability to build ad-hoc business models from the ground up (Excel, Google Sheets)
  • Strong communication skills in verbal, written, and presentation format (PPT, Google Slides)

Bonus Points

  • Experience working closely with Product &/or Engineering teams
  • SQL Proficiency 
  • Understanding or background in healthcare and/or wellness
