Business Excellence Manager - ConnectRN

We are looking to hire a Business Excellence Manager to scope and drive process transformation across the organization. Reporting to our Senior Manager of Operations, the Business Excellence Manager will collaborate with stakeholders to help scale services across the company.

You will…

• Lead process improvement scoping and design to streamline service delivery and enhance clinician experience
• Partner with cross-functional teams including clinician experience, sales, customer support, and product to drive process improvement 
• Dig into complex problems and come up with creative solutions
• Leverage data to provide business recommendations and measure process optimization
• Concept, design, and execute tests based on data-led hypotheses
• Drive process adoption through collaboration with stakeholders
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for internal and external teams

You have…

• Demonstrated success in scaling processes and systems that support efficient product-led growth
• Experience and comfort with managing multiple projects and stakeholders 
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Comfort building expertise with new tools and the ability to independently execute against goals
• Experience with reporting tools like QuickSight, Looker or Tableau and expertise in Excel
• A strong desire for collaboration with the ability to communicate and listen
• Ability to communicate complex information and processes in a streamlined, easy-to-understand fashion
• Experience in mentoring and/or managing team members
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities across the organization
