SUMMARY
• Boku is looking for an experienced (5+ years) Business Development Manager joining an high growth FinTech organization and supporting it in increasing new merchants acquisition and revenues.
• You will be in charge to identify, contact, engage, close, manage and onboard new opportunities and merchants in target segments.
• You will part of the international Sales Team while also working with multiple parts of the organization.
• You will also own regional merchants strategy expansion.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Business Development and Sales. Hands-on role.
• Your main goal will be to manage the entire Sales process. Generate, close and manage new opportunities, partnerships and revenue for Boku, offering our vast portfolio of local payment methods (LPMs) to international merchants.
• You will have the possibility to identity and target leads within company’s strategy.
• You will own the entire sales cycle, while leveraging support and expertise from other Teams, including BDRs, Integrations, Product, Legal, Finance.
• You will shape personal success supporting new companies and establishing Boku as the best LPMs provider for international merchants.
• You will be in charge for navigating and exploring complex targets and their organizations.
• You will also have and further build a deep knowledge and expertise of digital payments and e-commerce.
• You will be an expert in helping your customers and ready to engage in longer cycles consultative selling.
• Representing internally your customers and their needs.

• Boku already have presence and Teams in these locations.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
• At least 5 years of experience in Business Development and/or Sales.
• Previous experience in B2B Sales, also managing entire Sales cycle.
• Ideally, experience in FinTech, payments or e-commerce.
• Previous experience with digital, gaming, e-commerce merchants is welcomed.
• University degree in Business Administration or Sales or Marketing or Engineering.
• Strong and clear written and oral communication skills in English.
• Demonstrable record in managing complex projects and in navigating within complex customers and sales cycles.
