The role:
As an Ops Business Analyst, you will join the Ops team, covering areas such as People, Finance & Legal, reporting directly to the Head of Ops, developing analyses to surface insights and supporting any data-driven decision.
What you'll do:
- Clean and modify datasets to enable the best insights at scale;
- Research and develop data models to provide insights and find business opportunities within the scope of the team;
- Develop essential dashboards to ensure visibility and accurate performance insights;
- Identify areas for improvement and create reports that summarize your findings and recommendations;
- Work with the team on new projects and lead developments needed;
- Contribute to the success of the projects through insightful analytics;
- Support important projects that improve data-driven decisions across the team:
About you:
- Experienced in Business Analytics, even if in college;
- Proficient in SQL and Excel / Google Sheets;
- Comfortable with BI front-end tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, other);
- Turn insights into a compelling and meaningful narrative, through engaging presentations;
- Persuade individuals to your point of view through use of data and analysis;
- Fluent in English.
