The Associate Enablement Manager enhances the effectiveness of our Revenue Enablement team by leading our team’s data analysis, process improvements, and communications strategy. They understand the value of the enablement function within an organization and have a passion for what we do. They possess a strong analytical mindset and have the communication skills to clearly and concisely articulate the insights they extract. This role will leverage technology and tools to track and analyze the metrics that matter to our enablement team – metrics our team can use to enhance the effectiveness of our enablement programs and develop the skills of the revenue-generating teams we support. They will also develop and execute our team’s comprehensive communications strategy including generating interest in our programs and articulating their value and impact across Lucid’s go-to-market teams.

Responsibilities

Metrics Tracking & Analysis:

  • Track and report on key metrics for our enablement programs such as training attendance and completions, knowledge check scores, training effectiveness scores, skill assessments, and overall program impact. 
  • Use existing dashboards and spreadsheets supplied by other departments to cull Sales and Customer Success performance metrics. 
  • Conduct data analysis to derive insights that our team can use to enhance the skills of our revenue teams and increase the effectiveness of our enablement programs. 
  • Collect and analyze participant feedback and training effectiveness metrics and make recommendations for how we can continuously improve our programs.

Reporting:

  • Partner with our Rev Ops team to identify relevant data points in existing reports, dashboards, and spreadsheets. Work with them to create and refine customized dashboards for enablement purposes.
  • Create and distribute regular reports on enablement metrics for stakeholders, cross-functional partners, and leadership.

Process Optimization:

  • Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities to optimize our enablement operations such as strategic planning, design and development processes, and team collaboration processes.
  • Recommend improvements based on data-driven insights to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of enablement practices.

Communications:

  • Develop a communication strategy that supports our enablement programs. Create text and video-based announcements, ads, and promotions to the field to build excitement for upcoming enablement sessions.Create and distribute our team newsletter. Track its consumption by the field and implement a process for its continual enhancement and optimization. Create communications and reports on the impact and value of our enablement initiatives for our stakeholders and cross-functional partners. 
  • Ensure our communication channels and messages are effectively reaching their intended audiences.

Technical and Logistics Assistance

  • Provide technical assistance as needed for virtual training sessions and webinars including recording meetings, monitoring group chat activity, and distributing supporting materials real-time. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 2 or more years of related work experience.
  • Proven analytical ability that includes gathering and interpreting data, identifying trends, and making data-driven recommendations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills including an ability to extract insights from data and communicate findings in a clear, concise, and accessible way.
  • Excellent organizational skills including the ability to manage multiple projects, adapt to shifting priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • An established track record of effectively managing multiple projects and deadlines and working in a dynamic, fast-paced, team environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • This role requires that you work out of our South Jordan office two days per week on Tuesday and Thursday.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting B2B sales.
  • Experience working with or in Sales Operations or data analytics.
  • Experience working for a technology-based/SaaS company.
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGBT to initially draft communications from which you can edit and revise.
