The Consumer Retention Marketing team utilizes data and hypotheses to develop and optimize promotions and lifecycle marketing strategies that positively influences consumer retention. We create value for our consumers by launching targeted campaigns through in-app, email and push channels that engage and retain our consumers.

About the Role

We're looking for a Consumer Promotions Associate for Canada to support the execution and measurement of promotions. You will collaborate with cross-functional business partners to launch promotional campaigns, analyze their impact, and optimize key metrics through A/B testing and experimentation. You will also support weekly promotional reporting and ad-hoc analysis for the Canada business. 

You will report to the Manager, Retention Marketing on the Canada Marketing team. This is a hybrid role.

  • Solve one of the company's hardest challenges: consumer acquisition, engagement, and retention
  • Work with complex data sets to develop strategic, analysis-motivated consumer pricing and promotions plans
  • Analyze performance of promotions to assess incrementality, efficiency, post-campaign retention and profitability
  • Support managing the promotional budget and perform analysis required for weekly reporting
  • Work with our business partners across Strategy & Operations, Dashpass, New Verticals and other Marketing teams (ex. Growth, Integrated Marketing) to execute promotions and measure their performance and impact

We're excited about you because you have…

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience and 1-2 years of experience in  growth marketing/marketing analytics, pricing & promotions, business analytics, management consulting or finance
  • Advanced Excel skills (can perform complex functions)
  • 1-2 years experience with SQL and dashboarding tools (e.g. Tableau, Mode, Sigma)
  • Dug into details of large data sets and possess the desire to dive headfirst into complex problems
  • Translated data into applicable insights for business partners in the past
  • Have knowledge of A/B testing and statistics
