Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager - Creative/Design Division - CASETiFY

Purpose of Position

• CASETiFY is one of the leading global lifestyle brands to offer customizable tech accessories. We're industry leaders when it comes to trend forecasting and protecting what matters most; the community platform for creativity and self-expression.
• You will work closely with HR business partners and hiring managers to formulate and re-engineer talent acquisition strategies, explore alternative recruitment channels and platforms, and to enhance our employer branding to attract talents. You are also required to uplift the hiring managers’ and candidates’ experience throughout the hiring journey.

Job Description

• Manage talent acquisition strategy for both volume / professional hire in our Tech-driven businesses for Creative and Designs divisions
• Partner with internal customers to understand business requirements and provide advice and talent acquisition solutions
• Work closely with the team of 6 members across talent acquisition and and collaborate with to deliver full life cycle talent acquisition activities from sourcing to on-boarding
• Improve TA delivery efficiency/effectiveness by tracking both quantitative and qualitative KPIs and metrics
• Explore and maintain effective networks including universities, professional bodies, industry associations, social media etc to build and grow talent pipelines in an cost-effective manner
• Keep abreast of the latest talent acquisition channels, methodologies and practices for continuous improvement and resources optimization
• Ensure talent acquisition process compliance with corporate and statutory requirements

Requirement

• Degree holder in Human Resource Management or related discipline
• 5+ years relevant work experience, preferable from digital & e-com background, regional exposures is desired
• Solid experiences in Recruitment and Talent Management
• Experience in regional/overseas recruitment activities is an advantage
• Be familiar with the multicultural working environment
• Self-starter, be attentive, supportive and responsible
• Possess of excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Strong sense of responsibilities and able to meet deadlines and multi-tasks
• Be able to communicate with people at all levels of the organization and cope with a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
