AI Engineer - AppsFlyer

AppsFlyer is looking for an AI Engineer with backend development experience to help design and scale our next-generation multi-agent systems.

This role requires strong deep understanding of how AI agents, LLMs, and protocols operate internally.

You will contribute to building a multi-agent platform and orchestration pipelines across GCP (Vertex AI, ADK, BigQuery, Cloud Run, Dataflow) and AWS, focusing on scalability, reliability, and evaluation.

What you’ll do

• Multi-Agent Systems – Work with MCP & A2A protocols, implement agent discovery, registries, orchestration engines, and evaluation frameworks.
• LLM Operations – Apply embeddings, prompting, retrieval (RAG), fine-tuning, and optimize agent–LLM integration.
• Backend Development – Build microservices (Python/Go) on Cloud Run / agents engine / Kubernetes, design APIs, and support distributed execution.
• CI/CD & Airflow – Contribute to pipelines for agents and workflows, with monitoring, rollback, and governance.
• Agent Evaluation – Help define and run metrics for agent performance, safety, and lifecycle management.

What you have

• 3–5 years of software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents or multi-agent workflows.
• Understanding of MCP & A2A protocols.
• Proficiency in Python, containerization.
• Exposure to LLMs (prompting, embeddings, RAG, fine-tuning).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Airflow (or similar).
• Cloud experience (GCP preferred).

Bonus points

• DevOps experience (IaC, observability, automation).
• Data engineering (ETL, Spark, or similar).
• Contributions to open-source AI/agent frameworks.
• Recommended by an AppsFlyer employee
