We are seeking a highly motivated and resourceful individual to lead our Enrollment and Activation teams. You will build out world class operations with industry-leading member activation to serve our members and grow our member base quickly and effectively. You are quick to tackle day-to-day problems, but love designing for scale and amazing customer experiences. You have experience in leading inside sales teams and are passionate about driving performance and closing deals, yet you understand that the basics of amazing customer service are key.


What You'll Do

  • Manage our enrollment and member activation teams, ensuring we are able to contact, convert, and enroll as many new customers as possible while maintaining an unparalleled customer experience
  • Review data and analytics related to lead volume and strategically allocate staff for various campaigns
  • Forecast incoming member demand and staffing needs, ensuring the team is prepared
  • Prepare reports regarding departmental performance for internal performance management and external reporting (e.g. payers)  
  • Hire, train, and coach a growing team of staff members who are highly engaged and committed to performance and meeting and exceeding sales quotas
  • Assist in supporting operational systems (e.g. our telephony system and CRM)
  • Act as a point of escalation for difficult conversations with potential members
  • Lead by example: Be willing to jump on calls and close deals yourself based on call volume, team goals, or support a particular member  

Who You Are

  • A “coach” style manager with experience managing and leading enrollment/activation teams in a healthcare setting, with a track record of meeting and exceeding goals
  • Experience in scaling an inside sales team
  • Proficient with call center software systems. Bonus points if you’ve set up or managed a virtual call center
  • Proficient with CRM systems to create structure, measure performance, optimize efficiency, and improve team member satisfaction
  • Strong interest in technology with an ability to understand data
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment


What would set you apart

  • Experience managing activation teams for healthcare payer campaigns
  • Experience in sales of durable medical equipment (DME), with additional bonus points if you’re experienced in ostomy, urology, or diabetic supplies
  • Track record of being a top performer and leading teams that exceed their goals
  • Energetic and passionate: this role will be successful by leading by example to drive excitement and engagement with the team to drive conversions and activations
  • Experience in Freshworks CRM
