Job Description

We’re seeking an AR Specialist APAC to join the Corporate team. This role will be responsible for ensuring AR is properly recorded and meeting collection goals while maintaining continuous communication with clients and account managers. You will work with our Regional Leaders to improve collections, cash application and other various processes. The ideal candidate should be a go-getter that can hit the ground running and be able to prioritize individual and team objectives while constantly thinking about ways to automate and improve our finance functions and processes.

This is a maternity leave cover - 10 month contract. 

Responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for accurate cash application of payments
  • Process credit card payments and reconcile with systeM
  • Manage complex account reconciliations
  • Monitor and respond to client billing inquiries through Salesforce case management
  • Collaborate with accounts management to resolve invoice discrepancies timely
  • Review contracts/IOs/SOWs to ensure appropriate approval and billing rates/rules
  • Manage Credit Assessment process
  • Prepare cash collection projections and make collection outreach to meet DSO goals
  • Track A/R Aging and alert Regional Leaders of problem accounts
  • Work to create a professional relationship with clients/account managers to ensure
    timely payments
  • Identify process improvements on case management and collections
  • Assist with ad hoc projects as needed


  • BA/BS in Accounting or Finance related field
  • 1-3 years accounting experience
  • Experience in AdTech or technology startups preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excel in analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong work ethic and ability to adapt to rapidly-changing environments
  • Ability to multi-task with attention to details and minimal supervision
  • Strong communications skills
  • Project and time management skills
