- Redi.Health was founded in 2021 with the goal of providing patients with limiting chronic diseases the ability to better navigate and take control over their health. Redi’s initial product provides a novel integration with pharmaceutical manufacturers that seamlessly connects patients with the brands that treat their condition(s). This fully digital experience creates the ability for manufacturers to provide frictionless and digital support to patients. This support ranges from financial assistance, to medication adherence and education material, and tailored tools that help manage certain conditions.Position Overview
- As an Account Manager, you will be the face of Redi to our clients and the quarterback among our cross functional teams to ensure a successful onboarding process and ongoing partnership with our clients. We are seeking a skilled, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented individual to join our team. You will work cross-functionally with various external stakeholders including pharma brand and patient services teams, marketing agency partners, and patient services hubs, among others.

What Will You Do?- Manage client relationships: Act as the primary point of contact for current clients, understanding needs / priorities, presenting program performance, offering new solutions, troubleshooting issues if they arise, and maintaining strong relationships with pharmaceutical brands and their support teams.
- Quarterback new program implementations: With a keen eye for detail, you will guide new clients through the implementation process of standing up a new program. As the face of Redi to the client, you will communicate regular updates, timelines and deliverables as needed up to program go-live and beyond.
- Analyze performance data: Use data to assess client program performance and identify optimization opportunities and provide clients visual points of value.
- Influence product strategy: Champion client feedback and priorities within our organization in partnership with product and organizational leadership so that Redi’s product roadmap aligns with client needs.
- Facilitate implementation of new features / updates: Quarterback internally and externally to ensure effective and efficient delivery.
- Collaborate across teams: Work closely with sales, implementation, product teams to size and deploy new program features.
What Characteristics and Skills Are We Looking For?- Client Focused: Strong client management skills with a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with pharmaceutical brands and stakeholders. Ability to travel occasionally to meetings and conferences will be required.
- Communication Excellence: Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of building rapport with clients at all levels.
- Problem Solver: Ability to navigate challenges and provide effective solutions.
- Detail Oriented: Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically and translate insights into actions.
- Collaborative Leader: Exceptional leadership and team-building skills. Ability to inspire, motivate and guide teams across different departments towards a common goal.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in client management, ideally within the healthcare tech or pharmaceutical industries. Working knowledge of Market Access and Pharmaceutical Patient Support is a plus.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and possesses the drive to help create infrastructure and process when necessary.
- Coachable: Ability to know when to ask questions and allow those around you to elevate your processes through feedback.
- Data Comfortability: Willing to work with data teams and data in raw formats to uncover new points of value in our programs.
- Willingness to travel 10% of the time to client sites for on-site kick-offs, support and training.
