VideoAmp’s Revenue team is seeking an Account Manager who will be an exceptional addition to our growing team. We are only looking for the best performing, highly energetic, motivated and fun sales leaders in the industry to accelerate our explosive growth on the Account Sales Team. You are passionate about solving customer challenges and have extensive knowledge of tech, data, TV & digital video space. You have a proven track record of exceeding revenue goals and building relationships to tackle strategic client objectives for a high growth ad tech organization. The Account Manager provides business critical insights using analytics, manages the existing client relationships, and helps teams drive strategic initiatives forward through flawless execution. We partner across the organization on closing the gap between strategy and execution to deliver an incredible client experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver a great customer experience by setting client expectations & effective oral and written communication
- Drive client value through customer centric problem solving and outcomes
- Increase Retention by exhibiting excellent customer service and through great experiences
- Grow live business through expansion into the solutions suite & adoption of applications that deliver client value leveraging quantitative and qualitative skills
- Responsible for executing, maintaining, and growing existing client relationships (reporting, client deliverables, client engagement)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 4+ years interactive online media planning & buying or account management in the ad tech industry with a managed or self-service DSP. Video specific background preferred
- Expertise managing campaigns of different sizes and goals in major DSPs, or working with SSPs on publisher's side. Previous Ad Operations experience and fluency in a programmatic media buying technology/platform a plus
- Ad Agency, DSP or in-house Brand Marketing experience a plus
- Previous direct client account management
- Strong analytical mindset and measurement capability
- Strong experience with Keynote, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Strong work ethic and autonomous individual with a experience in customer success or relations; desire to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
PERKS:
is position pays a minimum base salary of $70,000 + Bonus/Commission+ Equity + Benefits. The actual compensation offer will be determined by a number of factors, including, but not limited to, applicant's qualifications, skills, and experience.

The proliferation of streaming and digital media services has created the golden age of video entertainment with more premium TV content than ever before and we believe these experiences should be free or affordable to every human on the planet.
