Job Description

At Adonis, we are building a medical billing engine that automates billing workflows and improves reimbursement rates for medical providers. Billing and insurance related activities represent nearly $1 in every $7 collected by medical providers - and the high costs of collecting payments, as well as and other costs that stem from the administrative challenges within the space, unfortunately get passed down to the consumer. This is why healthcare costs continue to rise, with no end to that in sight. We’re set on helping to mitigate these challenges.

We’re looking to add an Account Executives to our Sales team. You will have the opportunity to have an outsized impact on the growth and trajectory of this team as we rapidly grow our company and our customer base.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute territory sales plans and then meet and exceed sales goals (quotas) through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities within the assigned geographic territory
  • Proactively cultivate and develop relationships with prospective clients to identify, qualify and develop quality sales opportunities as part of the sales team focusing on new business
  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline to consistently close business within assigned specialty, territory, and segment
  • Leverage your business acumen to become a trusted advisor by making thoughtful recommendations to deploy adonis solutions that improve the overall health of the practice
  • Ensure data integrity and accurate forecasting by entering and maintaining accurate and useful customer data including customer contact information and interactions in our Salesforce CRM software
  • Manage the sales process from the first phone call through the signing of contracts while working cross functionally to ensure a premium level experience for all stakeholders

Who You Are

  • 3 years of progressive B2B full-cycle sales experience preferred, not required
  • Validated quota achiever (top 10% in your company)
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience performing virtual client presentations/product demonstrations
  • SaaS (Software Sales) and/or Healthcare sales experience preferred
  • Previous experience using CRM systems is a plus, with preference given to experience in HubSpot, Salesloft and Apollo 
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Tech savvy, natural interest in technology and how it can improve businesses processes and outcomes
  • Intellectually curious with an ability to establish and maintain credibility and influence with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and innovative environment
  • Domestic travel up to 25% required

At Adonis, we adopt an in-person culture. It is expected you will be in the office 5 days per week. 

Base Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 + variable OTE
