The Lucid for Education Customer Success team plays a central role at Lucid Software ensuring that all of our customers can maximize the value they obtain through the adoption of our products as well as developing the next generation of Lucid users.

The Academic Engagement Specialist is dedicated to helping Higher Education and K-12 institutions worldwide leverage the academic power of Lucid. This role is responsible for building relationships with educational leaders and efficiently addressing technical and compliance requirements to facilitate Lucid’s campus-wide adoption.

Responsibilities: 

Relationship Management:

  • Build and manage relationships with educational institution partners to expand Lucid’s presence on campuses.
  • Engage with key stakeholders and decision-makers in Higher Education and K-12 institutions through calls, emails, and other outreach activities.
  • Clearly communicate partnership details and benefits to education institutions.

Procurement Support:

  • Oversee the technical execution of legal agreements, including minor negotiations of terms.
  • Lead the efficient and successful completion of the institution’s procurement process.
  • Connect institutions with Lucid’s onboarding and implementation support teams to ensure a smooth rollout.

Strategic Analysis:

  • Analyze data to identify key academic institutions that present strategic opportunities for Lucid’s growth.
  • Evaluate and report on the impact of engagement efforts using data-driven insights.

Project Management:

  • Provide regular updates on progress, trends, and strategic recommendations to Lucid for Education leadership.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication across internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements: 

  • Bachelors degree with strong academic performance 
  • 0-1 years of relevant experience 
  • Strong project management skills to drive partnership initiatives to completion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with educational institutions.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate reports on partnership performance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with higher education/K-12
