Anaplan is looking for a tenacious Talent Operations Specialist to join Talent Acquisition Operations Team in, San Francisco to be a member of our Talent Acquisition Organization located across San Francisco, US, London, UK, York, and UK. This is a stellar opportunity to get involved in a highly visible, large scale SaaS cloud company. This role is an immediate full-time position. Insight on your impact

We are looking for a Talent Operations Specialist to help provide support for multiple teams across Anaplan. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in an "all hands-on deck" environment, pivoting between different types of tasks, working with several partners, and is passionate about finding new and better ways to support our Talent team and the larger organization.


Your qualifications, your influence

To be successful in the role, you must possess the following skills

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience working within the Talent Acquisition or Recruiting function
  • Knowledge of HR systems, preferably Greenhouse, Workday and Anaplan
  • Provide a high-level of support to our Talent team by responding to questions, issues, and needs
  • Conduct regular data and process audits to ensure data accuracy, data quality, and identify potential process improvements in data flow
  • Ensure that all information and conversations are held with a high level of confidentiality
  • Build and scale our processes and tools to drive rapid scaling while continuously improving efficiency and speed of execution
  • You love collaborating with talented people to develop effective solutions together, but also enjoy having the autonomy to work on tasks and projects on your own
  • You are a strong speaker and comfortable with working cross-functionally
