Anaplan is looking for a tenacious Talent Operations Specialist to join Talent Acquisition Operations Team in, San Francisco to be a member of our Talent Acquisition Organization located across San Francisco, US, London, UK, and York, UK. This is a stellar opportunity to get involved in a highly visible, large scale SaaS cloud company. This role is an immediate full-time position. This role requires superior attention to detail, great organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines and juggle multiple critical requests. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals is imperative. A good sense of humor is critical, as is the ability to be flexible, and to change direction at a moment’s notice. The successful candidate will possess the ability to complete tasks and projects quickly with little guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, be able take effective action without having to know the total picture, and efficiently and proactively solve difficult or complex problems that affect people within the department or other related groups.

Your qualifications, your influence

To be successful in the role, you must possess the following skills

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience working within the Talent Acquisition or Recruiting function
  • Knowledge of HR systems, preferably Greenhouse, Workday and Anaplan
  • Analyze recruiting data from conceptualization through presentation of the data.
  • Implement your knowledge and proficiency of data analysis methodology and analytical tools.
  • Identify problematic areas and conduct research to determine the best course of action to correct the data.
  • Analyze and solve issues with current and planned systems as they relate to the integration and management of data.
  • Analyze reports of data duplicates or other errors to provide ongoing appropriate inter-departmental communication and monthly or daily data reports
  • Monitor for timely and accurate completion of reports
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
  • Interpret data and develop recommendations based on findings
  • Develop subject matter expertise in the products, systems, and processes
